What happens when I call the Audioguide?
Dial 0 71 44 / 30 53 801 on your mobile to hear the Audioguide message service. Now use your mobile keypad to select your preferred tourist attraction by entering the two-digit code to immediately activate your choice. If you make no selection or press the wrong key, the Audioguide will ask you to repeat your selection. Use the * key to repeat current information. Use the # key to end the call whenever you like.
Did you know? There’s no need to listen to an Audioguide selection until the end. You can interrupt play of your current recording and enter a different code. Now you can quickly access the information you want.
For international visitors
If you subscribe to an overseas mobile phone network, you can still use the Audioguide. Simply dial +49 7144 3053801. Information is currently only available in German. English and French information is available via our website, and for other languages, please visit the Stadtinfoladen (Marktstraße 25, next to the Town Hall).

The Marbach Audioguide is made available to you by Stadtmarketing Schillerstadt Marbach e.V. Audioguide is only charged per minute of your actual call – for details, please check with your mobile phone provider. Calls to Audioguide are charged at the same rate as calls to a German landline number. Stadtmarketing cannot accept liability for incorrect information or costs of using the Audioguide.
